We encourage all players to register on-line via the secure eGolfScore registration system. This system allows us to capture and organize foursome and individual golfer information most accurately. If you prefer to register by mail or fax, please contact Nonya Jordan for the appropriate forms at 817-922-6045,or e-mail your request to nonya.jordan@gladney.org.
A deposit of 25% of your donation amount is required on or before September 15, 2004.
The full payment deadline is January 31, 2005. Donors also have the option of paying the full amount upon registration. The secure eGolfScore registration system can accommodate full or partial payment by check or major credit card.
Please note that if you have reserved a foursome or individual slot by direct correspondence, your 25% deposit must be received by September 15, 2004, in order to avoid cancellation.

Your Gladney Cup golf donation includes two tickets per single or eight tickets per foursome for each of The 2005 Gladney Cup associated events. Information on purchasing additional tickets for these events, if available, will be provided here once determined.
For the best possible service and timely ongoing communications, all contestants are urged to provide a current e-mail address.
